How do I decide which program is right for me?

We are proud to offer three different online courses to help meet the needs of anyone looking to improve their diet and lifestyle. The Self-Guided Program is meant for people who would like to complete the modules on their own whereas the other two programs offer additional support from Elizabeth and Katie for those who benefit from more hands-on coaching.

How much weight will I lose?

The primary objective of our courses is to establish a healthier relationship with food, your body and the scale. However, some people will naturally lose weight as they learn to eat better and nourish their bodies. But not everyone will. It truly depends on your starting place.

If you have been eating for emotional reasons, have been consistently eating foods that are high in calories and low in nutrients, or have been ignoring internal cues on hunger and fullness, then following this program will lead to weight loss.

How much time will I need to spend on this?

All EKG Nutrition online courses are designed to take 12 weeks. Some modules may be quicker to grasp, while others may take a lot of time to reflect and implement changes. We recommend a few hours a week dedicated to the programs - whether that time is actually spent reading the modules or cooking or in the grocery store. That said, there is no such thing as “falling behind,” so take the time that you need to get the most out of the program.

What if I need more personalized support or advice?
